I wear two hats at the Colorado Chamber of Commerce. I am editor of The Sum & Substance, a news site that focuses on policies that help or hurt businesses' ability to thrive. And I am the vice president of strategic initiatives, seeking to move business organizations forward in a way that improves the atmosphere in this state for creating and sustaining jobs that residents need. In both roles, I aim to make people think more deeply about how we work as a community to ensure that people can have and advance in the careers that fulfill their lives.
