Claim your profileI am currently a Vice President, Public Affairs and Crisis, at BCW (Burson Cohn & Wolfe), managing multifaceted public affairs and crisis communications campaigns. I was previously a Director at Rational 360, where I designed and implemented strategic communications and public affairs strategies for non-and for-profit clients, using traditional and new media to communicate and amplify their message to stakeholders, interest groups and government agencies and officials. Before my time in public affairs, I was a Legislative Assistant for the office of Congressman Paul A. Gosar D.D.S. (AZ 4), Chairman of the Congressional Western Caucus. I handled an array of legislative responsibilities advising the Congressman on policy, primarily focused on financial, banking and patent policy. Before joining Congressman Gosar's office, I was employed within the Transformation Department of Bridgewater Associates, the world's largest, most successful hedge fund, located in Westport, Connecticut. My role focused on recruiting and management within the department. I worked to help quantify Bridgewater's unique corporate culture, drafting metrics and key performance indicators to determine whether the department's managers and employees were operating in a way that was consistent with Bridgewater's core tenets of radical transparency, honest feedback and a commitment to excellence.
