I am consumed by the world of chocolate as author of "Chocolatour: A Quest for the World's Best Chocolate,"​ highlighting my chocolate travels around the world. I published Volume I of the book in 2013 and continue to travel the world in search of memorable chocolate experiences.In September, 2014, Chocolatour won a bronze medal in the 2014 Readers'​ Favorite International Book Awards, and also placed as a Finalist in the 2014 NATJA Awards.I primarily write about chocolate & chocolate travel for my site at http://chocolatour.net. In March, 2010, I released "Before You Say Yes ..."​ a guide for volunteers and directors of non-profit boards published by Dundurn Press. I've delivered many keynote talks on the world of chocolate and have also taught courses and seminars on volunteerism, freelance writing, travel writing, copyright, and understanding feng shui. I was on the board of Access Copyright for six years as a creator representative to serve the writing community I so love and respect. I achieved my Distinguished Toastmaster Award in November, 2013 and am the founder and a past president of the Toastmasters in the Arts club based in Gimli, Manitoba. I am a member of the North American Travel Journalists Association, The Writers' Union of Canada, The Food, Wine & Travel Writers Association and Toastmasters International.Specialties: Right now, my focus is on chocolate and wine.
