In 2011 I purchased a 110-year-old weekly newspaper, the Methow Valley News, in the little town of Twisp in north central Washington state. It is a remote, beautiful area that includes a national park, several national forests and a couple of wilderness areas. I'm both the publisher and the editor, which keeps me busy (I'm also a photographer, coffee-maker and delivery boy when necessary).
