I'm a recently graduated University of Connecticut student with a bachelor's degree in Journalism and a minor in English. I am a skilled writer with solid experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Lightroom. Currently I am working at the Day newspaper in New London, CT, where I contribute about one to two articles a day to the paper. Articles I have written have also appeared in the Willimantic Chronicle, where I worked as a reporter intern. In the long-term, I would like to move into the field of online journalism and pursue efforts in video journalism. Most of all I want to help promote an accurate, honest and impartial press, and make news more accessible to a younger generation. Let's work together, and tell the stories that need to be told!
