Call my office at 320-214-4368, or email me at dmorin@wctrib.com.Before I earned my BA at the University of Iowa, I went to community college full time while working at Paradise Car Wash for three years to pay for my education. During my time there I worked my way up to store manager. While in Iowa City I spent time reviewing music for the college radio station and taking courses such as magazine reporting/writing; audio recording/editing; video filming/editing; to social media promotion in order to fulfill any role necessary in a newsroom or media environment. I was also a member of the Iowa Improv Club, where I made some of the greatest new friends in Iowa City.During my free time I enjoy playing guitar and learning new songs and techniques by ear. If I'm not listening to music I'm usually listening to some episodes of my favorite podcasts. I also enjoy streaming and watching movies and TV shows, and playing video games. Some of my favorite YouTube videos are long form educational content or pop culture reviews and criticisms.
