Clinton is a prominent voice in the Agriculture Industry. He has been the news anchor of AgDay TV, America’s longest-running nationally syndicated daily agricultural news program, for a decade. He also serves as editor of Farm Journal Magazine, the 145 years young premiere publication for U.S. Agriculture.Clinton comes from a deeply rooted agriculturally diverse family, tracing his farming and ranching roots in the U.S. back more than 13 generations. He grew up in Southern New Mexico as a 10 year 4-H member, chapter FFA President and Star State Farmer. Clinton’s greatest childhood memories involve showing cattle with guidance from his father who is a Rancher and Veterinarian.It was this experience that helped pay his way to Oklahoma State University where he earned a degree in Ag Communications, being named both Freshman and Senior of the year. Clinton gained his first agricultural broadcasting experience while working on the SUNUP TV program in college. He later returned to this show professionally as Executive Producer and Host, after working as a local news reporter and anchor in Kansas and completing his Master of Business Administration from Wichita State. Clinton has received numerous professional awards, including the NAFB Farm Broadcaster of the Year and NAFB Newscast of the Year.Agriculture is a life-long passion of Clinton’s, one he is now instilling inhis own 3 children on a farm in NW Indiana. With two decades of experience in the television and news business, Clinton brings an honest perspective of today’s media landscape and the future of agriculture.
