Most of Canada's health-care system is publicly funded and privately delivered, so I look at issues that range from how doctors' offices are run to what factors drive drug pricing. I covered issues affecting small businesses at the height of the COVID-19 crisis. I have written for the editorial board. I was an editor in the Ottawa bureau, helping direct coverage of federal politics and writing The Globe's popular daily newsletter about politics.
