As author and creator of “The-C-Note,” I give a glimpse into my reporter’s notebook and mini-reports on national and international news. I am a thought leader on endometriosis awareness -- leading support groups, facilitating workshops & connecting those impacted with resources. I am also writing my first nonfiction book, which I hope to complete by the end of 2025 and I'm co-founder of Virginia HOPE, an endometriosis support group.
