Caroline's writing career originated from a need to share the best ways to enjoy Los Angeles. Her blog, Caroline on Crack, which came onto the scene in 2005, became a source for a growing legion of followers and won awards such as LA Weekly's "Best Drinking Blog" and CBS Los Angeles' "Best Local Blogger." She was able to parlay her position as one of the first cocktail bloggers in Los Angeles into a writing career, contributing to publications such as Eater, Liquor, LA Weekly and Los Angeles Magazine, where she served as Drinks Editor on its online food and drink site. In the meantime, Caroline proved herself a trusted source on social media, amassing a following that numbers in the thousands on her Twitter and Instagram. Mashable dubbed her Instagram one "that every foodie should follow."While developing her writing career, she also worked as a copy editor for two years at an off-road motorcycle magazine and then a consumer automotive website for 18 years.She’s now the digital content editor at Imbibe.
