Previously a reporter at The Wooster Daily Record in Wayne County, Ohio, covering anything and everything from local government and business to agriculture, race and hunger. While I focused on reporting and writing, I dipped into data journalism by creating charts, graphs and interactive maps. The job honed my writing and photography skills and makes use of my knowledge of multimedia journalism, social media and photojournalism. I have worked for two newspapers in the Toledo-area area - the Toledo City Paper and the Independent Collegian - and two Ottawa Hills Magazines - Village Life and Home, and Stone Oak.I'm also published in the Bklyner, Juvenile Justice Information Exchange and the New York City News Service.
