Claim your profileAs the marketing leader at Xenium HR, I have spent the last 16 years developing the company's brand and generating high-value leads through effective content marketing. I also lead the Product team at Xenium, where we implement and launch new technology that integrates with our payroll system, PrismHR. Through Xenium HR, I produce and host the Transform Your Workplace podcast. It's a weekly show where we discuss leadership, workplace culture, and business topics. We have over 460 episodes to date, over 1.2 million downloads, and nearly a 5-star rating on Apple Podcasts. In addition to my role at Xenium, I also own and operate Brandon Laws Marketing, where I support small businesses and solopreneurs with their marketing strategies. These projects often include visual branding, crafting a brand story and messaging, visual branding, building websites optimized for search and conversions, social media management, and content creation. I can act as an organization's complete marketing department or wrap around existing resources. In my free time, I am a voracious reader, play golf and pickleball, watch the Portland Trail Blazers, and spend lots of time with my wonderful family, which includes my wife, Angela, and two kids. My philosophies on work and life are pretty simple: 1. Be kind to others. You never know what kind of impact a simple act of kindness has some someone. 2. Do what you say you're going to do. 3. Show up on time or early. 4. You get back the energy you put into the world. Give tons of effort and show engagement. 5. Listen more than you talk. 6. Take a beginner's mindset to many topics. Be curious. 7. Prioritize your stuff over the busyness of a typical day.
