As a storyteller, my goal is to inspire the pursuit of maximizing human potential. I've been reporting on the NFL for five-plus years, including the last year and counting for FOX Sports, where I cover the league at-large but have an expertise on the AFC South division (Tennessee Titans, Jacksonville Jaguars, Indianapolis Colts, Houston Texans) based in Nashville, Tennessee. My favorite stories to report on are the ones that humanize athletes, and that help the masses better understand the people and cultures that make what they're watching possible.In February 2024, I launched Bridge 2 Self (formerly Pinnacle Code), a podcast focused on empowering second- and 1.5-generation Black Americans like myself through meaningful conversations around cultural identity and achievement.
