Claim your profileHi, I’m Becca. I’m a writer, author and consultant exploring the intersection of wellness, technology, behaviour and the future of how we feel. For more than 15 years, I’ve worked at the crossroads of tech, culture, and human experience – translating complex ideas into compelling stories and turning emerging trends into actionable, emotionally intelligent insights. My work spans editorial, research and strategic foresight. I help individuals and organisations not just understand what’s next, but navigate it in ways that are sensory-aware, future-facing, and grounded in how people actually feel. I specialise in: - Wellness and fitness tech - Wearables and biofeedback - VR/AR and immersive environments - Sensory design and spatial experiences - UX and accessibility (with a focus on neurodivergence) - Digital wellbeing - The evolving intersection of luxury, emotion, and wellness My writing explores how tech, wellness and design shape the way we live, connect, and regulate – across features, books, and my newsletter, The Future Hunter, which shares trend insights and cultural signals through a sensory lens. My work has appeared in The Guardian, Observer, Metro, Stylist, Grazia, Inverse, New Scientist, WIRED, TechRadar, Gizmodo and more. In 2021, my first book Screen Time (Bonnier Books) launched, a guide to understanding and reclaiming our relationships with digital devices. Beyond writing, I regularly speak on podcasts and radio (including BBC Radio 4 and BBC Radio 5 Live), chair events and host expert sessions for brands like Adidas, Hyundai, and L’Oréal. Whether I’m consulting on future trends, decoding cultural shifts or writing about the emotional architecture of tomorrow’s wellness spaces, my work is driven by one question: What does the future feel like – and how can we design for that?
