Good morning. I'm looking for hiring managers, recruiters, and AI experts to share perspectives for a story looking at the challenges of getting your resume past AI filters at hiring companies. My main questions are: 1.) The use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), has become widespread, giving rise to claims that many resumes are rejected before reaching human eyes. What are your thoughts on this? 2.) What advice would you give to job hunters who are looking to avoid being pre-filtered out by AI 3.) Hiring professionals are reportedly getting better at spotting AI writing on resumes. Some companies are also using AI detection tools or structured interviews to counter AI-generated applications. Has a surge in AI-generated resumes made this necessary? If so, please explain. 4.) From a hiring manager's perspective, what should job seekers add (or eliminate) to improve their resume quality in 2026? Thank you for your time and consideration of this important topic.

Good afternoon. I'm seeking U.S.-based environmentalists to share insights for an article that examines the U.S. water crisis through the lens of aging infrastructure. My main questions are: 1.) Research revealed 2 trillion gallons of treated drinking water is lost to old pipes and crumbling infrastructure, costing over $6 billion per year. What are the environmental implications of this astronomical volume of water loss? 2.) A 2025 analysis revealed toxic elements in the aging pipe infrastructure that delivers U.S. drinking water, with an estimated half a million U.S. residents exposed to half a million Americans reportedly exposed to unsafe levels of arsenic. In your work, have you encountered communities dealing with problematic and/or toxic drinking water? 3.) Do these infrastructure challenges worsen existing shortages from factors like data entry expansion and climate change? If so, what areas do you anticipate this trifecta of factors to worsen first? 4.) What would a ‘tipping point’ look like for urban water systems in the U.S.? 5.) What environmental knock-on effects do you anticipate and/or are already seeing from the hemorrhage of water from U.S. pipes? 6.) Which areas, in your experience, need corrective action first? Thank you for your time and consideration of this critical topic.
