Claim your profileI have always been a talker. From speaking out of turn in class to now using my voice to share stories on the air, I never shy away from a conversation. With thousands of on-air hours sharing my hot-button takes, providing award winning play-by-play coverage, and covering topics ranging from Taylor Swift to Taylor Martinez, I love being the voice in the room that draws in a crowd. But, the most important trait I have learned over the years is that listening can get you further than sharing. Whether it was connecting with student-athletes and their parents to learn their habits and personal stories, to bonding with coworkers over heartbreak, advising college students for their future endeavors, and taking callers to discuss troubling subjects, the best trait I have picked up in an industry focused on what you say is that what you hear can be twice as impactful.I continued my education to pursue what's possible in learning how I can best aid others; including exercise communication and standards to provide in-depth coverage on sports stories. Through this passionate chase, I have been lucky to have worked with a variety of people ranging from experienced radio veterans, rising collegiate stars, higher education administrators, developing coaches, and much more. This involvement has awarded me several local, state, regional, and national honors from various organizations. I am always peeking ahead and excited to see "what could be", and how I can help share more stories in the future.
