Claim your profileI am based in Seoul, where I work for AFP as chief photographer for North and South Korea. Prior to this, I spent five years as chief photographer for our Hong Kong Bureau and I also worked as a photo editor on the AFP Asia Pacific Photo Desk from 2012 - 2016.Awards include the Ville de Perpignan Rémi Ochlik Award from the 2020 Visa pour l’Image festival, the Bayeux Calvados - Normandy Award for War Correspondents Public Choice Photo Award, the Human Rights Press Award and SOPA Awards.My work has also taken me on numerous overseas assignments in the Asia-Pacific region, including the Christchurch mosque shootings in New Zealand, the DPRK Singapore Summit, earthquakes in Taiwan and major sporting tournaments, including the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games and 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games.I have a MA in Documentary Photography and Photojournalism, for which I studied at LCC, University of the Arts London.
