I am the editor of Tysons Reporter, a hyperlocal news site that focuses on stories in the Tysons area of Fairfax County in Northern Virginia, including Vienna, McLean, and Falls Church. In my current role and my previous work as a general assignment reporter for the Fairfax County Times, I have gotten experience covering local news from many angles, including politics, education, business, and human interest stories. Attentive to detail and deadlines, I have strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment that values both initiative and teamwork. I have often been commended on my writing and reporting abilities, and I am conscientious when researching and editing.
