Claim your profileI'm a Melbourne-based writer, editor and journalist, and founding publisher of Archer Magazine, the world's most inclusive publication about sexuality, gender and identity. Launched in 2013, Archer is Australia's first inclusive magazine on sexuality, gender and diversity. Archer is a multi-award-winning publication, sold in 11 countries worldwide. The website has been visited more than 2.1 million times. In 2020, Archer Magazine was acquired by Drummond Street Services. I continue to manage my team and produce inclusive print and digital media with their ongoing support. Using my expertise in communicating with intersectional LGBTIQA+ communities, I have been a consultant on LGBTIQA+-focused campaigns including a Victorian-based, government-funded suicide prevention campaign, and through the production of inclusive events for corporate and non-profit businesses. Before launching Archer Magazine, I spent several years transforming iconic Australian magazines into thriving online communities, managing the design, development and maintenance of websites and social media presences for Australian Geographic, Qantas Magazine, Rolling Stone, The Bulletin and others. My writing has been published in The Guardian, The Age, The Lifted Brow, The Big Issue and many more. I am a former radio producer for 3CR Community Radio. In 2015 I was named among Melbourne Writers Festival's 30 under 30, and in 2017 I was nominated for Young Australian of the Year for my work producing inclusive media for LGBTIQA+ communities. In my leisure time I play AFL footy and collect interesting editions of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.
