I am grateful to have attended Loyola University New Orleans as a first-generation college student, studying journalism and political science, thanks of course to my loving family. During my senior year I received the Bonomo Outstanding School of Mass. Communication Student award and the 2022 Press Club Scholarship. I’m currently a nightside MMJ/Reporter at WBRZ in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I cover everything from state policy to school board. I’m a versatile, “people first” reporter. Meeting people from across Louisiana’s lush, rich culture is my greatest privilege, and I can’t wait to tell your story, with a camera and a mic. If you have questions/ story pitches or just want to chat, please reach out. I can’t wait to meet you.
