I am attending St. Cloud State University for pre- physical therapy with minors in biology and psychology. While attending SCSU, I spent 2 years on the Men's Track & Field team competing in the heptathlon and decathlon, and one season coaching at Holdingford High School. Along with a passion for fitness and athletics, I completed extensive research in the areas of anorexia and bulimia's effects on athletic performance; alpha-lipoic acid's effectiveness on diabetes; and the optimal time to employ static stretches on the lower limbs.
