I’m a writer and editor with nearly a decade of experience working for some of the world’s most trusted news outlets. As digital features editor at Reuters, I oversee recurring feature series such as City Memo and other forthcoming projects.Prior to joining Reuters, I covered foreign affairs for American magazines. As a correspondent for TIME, I penned cover stories, profiles and analysis spanning Europe and the Middle East from the magazine’s London bureau and secured the first major foreign media interviews with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer and former Scottish First Minister Humza Yousaf.Before TIME, I spent six years at The Atlantic — first as an editorial fellow on the news desk in Washington, then as a reporter covering Britain and Europe from the magazine's London bureau, and finally as a staff writer covering rising populism and nationalism around the world.A California native, I studied international relations at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles and served as the managing editor of the university’s newspaper of record, the Daily Trojan.
