I am a results oriented team player with great interpersonal and organizational skills. I enjoy developing collaborative teams to reach a common goal and I’m fully supportive with all diversity and integration initiatives. I’d describe myself as a highly passionate adaptable executive, focused on corporate financial goals, creating value for the company and improving customer experience.I've been working in the Sports Media Industry for 25 years. Since 2019, I'm the Director Programming for both ESPN and FOX Sports networks in South America, compelling 17 feeds in the region. I'm also the leader of the Promotions Planning team and the Programming Integration team. Before that, I worked several years in the SportsCenter Production and I collaborated in the broadcast of the Olympic Games. Besides that, I wrote two books about Olympics history.The Learning Development Programme in The Walt Disney Company gave me a scholarship to do an Executive MBA. This degree gave me a general view of the organization and I learned about other departments of the company. In the future, I'd like to lead projects of General Entertainment Content and not only about sports.
