In the roles I have had previously, I have interacted with customers face to face, via email and phone calls, the latter two having a major focus on liner queries, scheduling and conflict resolution. I pride myself on my communication skills and my proven competency in multiple formats, such as written, verbal and visual. I am currently obtaining a Bachelor of Arts - BA focused in Photography and Journalism from Deakin University.I am a creative individual, capable of thinking on my feet to reach desired goals and outcomes. I am highly motivated and am an autonomous worked once a task is set. Collaboration and effective communication within my team is of incredible importance, success is a group effort. I am confident working both independently and in a team.
