Formerly the Managing Editor of Pastry Arts Magazine and editor of Chocolatier, Pastry Art & Design and Dessert Professional magazines, Tish is a graduate of Smith College and La Varenne École de Cuisine in Paris. She is the Co-Founder of Pastry at Home blog and has held a variety of positions in the food world, including chef on a barge traveling the canals of France, caterer, pastry chef, and food stylist. Tish is the author of Diner Desserts (Chronicle Books, 2000), The Good Cookie (John Wiley & Sons, 2002), The Cake Book (John Wiley & Sons, 2006), and Flavorful: 150 Irresistible Desserts in All-Time Favorite Flavors (Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, 2015).
