Claim your profileAs a kid, I remember my grandfather used to always get black, ink-covered fingers from reading the newspaper. So, being the crazy kid that I was, I grabbed the newspaper and rubbed it all over my hands so they'd look like his. Then, a funny thing happened.I started to read the paper, specifically the sports section. I started reading books - creative fiction, non-fiction and biographies. I had a curiosity to learn and a love for words. That hasn't changed. My love for sports was officially born and I knew that I wanted to write about sports when I got older. I love writing because not only can it inform, it can inspire. I love writing because it's a process, a puzzle, an obstacle course. Since graduating from Assumption University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Writing and Mass Communications, I have been living my childhood dream of writing about sports professionally for the last five years. I have gained experience writing about fantasy sports, as well as college and professional sports spanning the NFL, MLB, NBA, WNBA, NHL, NCAAF, NCAAB, Golf and Tennis, just to name a few. I'm looking forward to continuing to advance not only my sports writing career, but also continuing to learn and grow within this industry.
