Experienced communicator with more than 27 years as a primary evening News Anchor in the Dallas Fort Worth broadcast market, and more than 35 years in the industry. No BS, straight forward presentation, while enjoying challenging newsmakers... laughing with colleagues and occasional snarkiness. Cancer survivor in 2019. I also do something here called the "Viewer's Voice" which is a little like the old newspaper Ombudsman. I answer complaints, apologize for errors, point out where the complaint is unfounded, and generally try to leave people with a smile in the process. It doesn't always happen, but it does A LOT!
