Current shows include Never Mind the Buzzcocks, The Russell Howard Hour, Dating No filter plus a raft of new commissions currently in production and due for broadcast later this year.I am an award winning Executive Producer with over 25 years experience in the Television industry. I worked predominantly in the Reality/Constructed Reality arena but also led teams across multiple genres including Entertainment/Factual Entertainment and Event TVI have a proven track record in live and fast turnaround programming and I am used to working in high pressure situations and to strict deadlines.Throughout my career I have gained a reputation for pushing the boundaries of the shows in my care and I will always try to find the most exciting, entertaining and creative ways to deliver the message. I am happy to take on risky and challenging ideas and will work hard to make them happen. I have convinced contributors they were on a 5 day Space mission in Space Cadets and have staged a fake air disaster on board a genuine jet 30,000 feet up for a Derren Brown Special.I have been responsible for breathing life into tired formats such as Big Brother 5 with its ‘Big Brother gets evil’ theme and new open audition process. The controversial series became a ratings success and went on to win a National television Award. I have strengthened and built new series to thrive and become lucrative brands such as BAFTA winning The Only Way Is Essex and I have overseen brand new series such as The Salon and Splash! resulting in recommissions.I am an experienced team leader, used to putting together and managing large production teams both in the UK and overseas. I began my career in live TV on magazine shows This Morning and Good Morning with Anne and Nick. I stayed at the BBC in daytime for 3 years before relocating to London to work as a producer on The Big Breakfast eventually finding my way to Big Brother and a love of the reality genre.
