With a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Queensland under my belt, I have lived and breathed content for over a decade. My experience includes public relations and copywriting both in Australia and the UK where I consulted to Lloyds Banking Group. I also gained work experience at Czech Republic English-language newspaper The Prague Post, Quest newspaper The Wynnum Herald and freelanced for The Courier Mail. Most recently I was Finance and Lifestyle Editor at Canstar, Australia's biggest financial comparison site, prior to moving to Loan Market. I am a communications professional with experience in stakeholder management and communication strategy. I have worked with a wide variety of clients from diverse industries from corporate organisations and financial institutions through to not-for-profit associations, creating and implementing strategies to achieve specific goals. My experience includes account and project management, copywriting, presenting and media pitching.
