Over 45 years experience in radio/audio as an on-air talent, program director and executive. For the past 30 plus years extensive background in spoken word content including sports and news talk formats. Have taken on a new role as Program Director for all sports 97.5 The Fanatic in Philadelphia. (Beasley) Served as Program Director for WBAL NewsRadio in Baltimore from February 2015 to September 2022. Transitioned into part-time role with focus on Sports Programming (Baltimore Ravens, Baltimore Orioles and Navy Football). Also continue to focus on talent coaching and ratings analysis. Have partnered with Crowd React Media which is a division of the Harker Bos Group to focus on Sports Media, Sports Betting and Research strategies. On-air talent in afternoon-drive in multiple markets with ratings success. Program Director in the sports format in various markets including Lexington, KY; Salt Lake City, UT; Portland, OR; and Dallas, TX; Worked for ESPN Radio Network in Bristol CT from August 2006-November 2014 as Senior Director of Content. Available now to offer my insight and perspective on the sports radio format to help stations drive ratings/revenue. Also have extensive talent coaching background for on-air talent, primarily in spoken-word formats.
