Television Production:20+ years of experience spanning both studio and location filming in the UK and globally for major broadcasters including the BBC, ITV and Channels 4 and 5. I have worked alongside Heads of Production and Senior Execs at many major independent production companies and guided budgetary planning for high profile live and pre-recorded primetime television. I have managed studio crews of up to 60 people on fast turnaround builds, rigs, including overseeing health and safety for live audiences of 600 people and consulted on the development of new and temporary studio facilities in warehouse locations for multi-camera location productions.Corporate Events and Digital Production:As Head of Studio and Video Production for London Stock Exchange Group I delivered multiple simultaneous projects with budgets up to £350k as well as social media videos for less than £1k per video. Working with SMEs as well as FTSE 100 companies, I coached Executive leaders and guided Heads of Marketing in best practice in video and event production exceeding revenue targets year on year whilst growing the in house and freelance video production team by 50% saving £250k per year on agency fees.
