Claim your profilePrior to becoming Sherpa's Executive Director, I headed the Globalization and Human Rights Program of the association for almost 8 years. I was part of the leading voices of the advocacy process to change the legal framework so that legal structures would reflect economic reality, and I’ve helped facilitate access to justice for victims of corporate violations of human rights.During this period, Sherpa was at the forefront of some of the most important milestones in corporate liability for human rights, bringing new strategic litigation cases and testing innovative legal ground to fight against corporate impunity. Thanks to my extensive experience in defending and protecting victims of economic crimes, fighting impunity, and advocating for changes of legal frameworks, I am frequently invited to speak at high-profile events around the world, such as the UN Forum on Business and Human Rights or the OECD Global Forum on Responsible Business Conduct.I wrote many academic and news articles, as well as op-ed’s, and I have participated in TV and radio news programs and documentaries.I am also a member of the board of the non-profit organization RSE-et-PED, which provides actors from the Global South with better access to information, CSR expertise and tools.
