About

I'm a Mayborn School of Journalism student with a focus on digital and print reporting at the University of North Texas. I transferred to UNT after earning my Associate of Arts at Tarrant County College, where I worked at The Collegian as a campus editor and managing editor. I've also worked as a writer and editor at the North Texas Daily, UNT's university paper, and interned with the Denton Record-Chronicle. Since I began working as a student journalist, I've been lucky enough to cover everything from school board meanings to fires, and occasionally write more in-depth stories about the global decline of bee populations, statewide strikes and mass shootings.
