I'm a leader who creates a team, and then motivates members with professional leadership, enthusiastic direction, and genuine encouragement. My experience in broadcast sales and marketing, generating donor-based income, and developing key relationships has enabled me to expand viewership and increase production revenues. My genuine love for others serves to enhance my people skills, yet I am also oriented to detail. I maintain a high standard of work, which ensures that each aspect of a project or assignment is completed in order, on time, and with a spirit of excellence. While I am goal oriented and focused, I have the ability to operate effectively in spontaneous situations.
