I love storytelling on the radio, online and in print media. As the director of Calgary's number one rated morning radio show, I strive in high stress, dynamic work environments. I believe in sculpting a job to your passions and have carved out a niche at the CBC as the ski and outdoor lifestyle guy with successful winter and summer columns. This comes from my background as a sponsored big-mountain skier in my early twenties. I recently earned a national sports journalism award for my feature "In the Moment" profiles on Winter Olympians heading to the 2014 Sochi games. And as a new dad, I've also just launched a website dedicated to family car reviews. Check it out at www.familywheels.ca! On top of that, it's been a great pleasure to pass along my love for radio to the broadcasting students at Mount Royal University over the last five years. When I'm not at work, look for me in the Rockies enjoying my other passion - the great outdoors!
