I’ve led strategic partnerships with national brands including the RHS and the National Trust, launched award-winning podcasts and developed content ecosystems for start-ups that support long-term engagement.I'm currently a senior lead in New Product Development at DC Thomson, where I helped launch, validate and evolve early-stage propositions across sectors including news, lifestyle and history. I’ve led content strategy and audience insight across seven product discovery projects – combining user research, trend analysis, opportunity mapping and MVP planning to help teams better serve their users and unlock scalable growth.Earlier in NPD, I led the full content strategy and marketing for a two-year digital product build in the crafts sector – delivering a first-of-its-kind learning experience through adaptive video content, pattern personalisation and SEO-led acquisition. The project laid the foundations for content-led MVPs across the portfolio and demonstrated my ability to shape products users love.Whether I’m designing a new subscription model, defining an editorial-led acquisition strategy or overhauling team workflows to triple productivity – I love breaking down complex problems and finding clear, creative solutions.Beyond the day job, I volunteer for my local park and look after two allotments (long story) where I grow organic fruit and veg and build habitats for visiting wildlife. I also co-host a biannual charity run with friends – five miles, four pints and mouth-inverting snacks – in aid of local animal charities. It sounds awful, but it's lots of fun, I promise.
