In May of 2024, Beacon Press will publish my first book, "SWOLE: The Making of Men and the Meaning of Muscle." Before coming to the Post, I edited the Sunday Books section of the Boston Globe, wrote the weekly Sunday @large and It's a Thing columns as well as the Globe's "Weekender" newsletter. My work has appeared in the Boston Phoenix, the Boston Globe, the Globe Magazine, Entrepreneur, Medium, BeerAdvocate, Thrillist, Nylon, Milk Street Kitchen, McSweeney's Internet Tendency, and elsewhere.
