Claim your profileI'm an audio producer and digital editor in New York City with a background in narrative storytelling, interview-style podcasting and breaking news. I'm also a freelance audio editing instructor with Hindenburg Systems. I've done most of my reporting in Florida at The Miami Herald and The Sun Sentinel, where I covered small business and local news in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. In 2013, I was selected as a Dow Jones News Fund intern and completed my business reporting internship at the New York Post covering Wall Street and consumer trends. At the end of the program, I was hired by the Post's digital team to help relaunch the publication's website and online news strategy. Originally from Salem, Oregon, I grew up in Miami. I studied journalism at Florida International University and the Columbia Journalism School, where I specialized in long-form narrative storytelling and radio production.
