Claim your profileMeghan McPeak is an Emmy Nominated play-by-play broadcaster in the Washington D.C., area. She is currently the voice for the 2019 WNBA Champion Washington Mystics, along with the sideline reporter for the Washington Wizards (NBA). Previously she was the play-by-play broadcaster for Capital City Go-Go, the NBA G-League affiliate of the Washington Wizards. Meghan was the first and only female play-by-play broadcaster in the G-League. In the fall of 2018, she became the first female in nearly 30 years to call an NBA game. Meghan has also served as a play-by-play broadcaster with CBS Sports on College Football and College Basketball. In March 2021, Meghan made history again as the play-by-play announcer for the Toronto Raptors All-Female broadcast on TSN as part of Women’s History Month. In the summer of 2024 Meghan returned to CBC as an analyst for men’s & women’s basketball during the Paris 2024 Olympics, as she did in 2021 during the Tokyo Olympics . As a former collegiate basketball player herself, Meghan has been covering the game at different levels for over a decade.
