Claim your profileI am an editor and journalist with 20 years experience working in the media. Most of that time has been writing and editing digitally and in print. I also have senior management experience. I am deputy editor at The Age helping lead our newsroom. Prior to that I ran digital operations for The Age for three years. With a monthly audience of about 5 million people, The Age is one of Australia's premier news outlets. As an editor I have overseen multiple award-winning investigations and played a leadership role in editorial and commercial innovation. I have strong print editing skills having edited print sections for the Sydney Morning Herald and The Age. I work closely with the commercial team in conceiving and delivering new business opportunities. Prior to this role I managed the Australian Financial Review's Melbourne Bureau, as well as writing on politics, business, courts, IR and plenty more. My team won the Melbourne Press Club Quill award for best coverage of an issue for our work on the coronavirus pandemic.
