I help with all the non-technical parts of your job. I’m not an accountant, healthcare professional, director of sustainability, academic or politician, but those are some of my clients. We work on confidence, clarity, interpersonal skills, and achieving more impact with less angst. As a Programme Director at Oxford Leadership Programmes, I lead the delivery of a highly evaluated and evidence-based healthcare leadership programme, based on University of Oxford research by Rhodes Scholar, Dr Oscar Lyons.I am an external examiner for the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching at Henley Business School; also Fellow of the Institute of Coaching, McLean Hospital, affiliated to Harvard Medical School.My background is journalism, corporate public affairs, and professional networking.I speak in public (a TEDx talk, an audience of 8000 financial advisors) and listen loads in confidence.Dual nationality: Great Britain and Aotearoa/New Zealand, and actively involved in my community in Woking as well as the New Zealand community in the UK.
