I am a senior multiplatform producer for WRAL, the NBC affiliate in Raleigh, North Carolina. What does that mean? I create content for WRAL's website, app and social media pages. My work is seen by hundreds of thousands of people each day. Since 2019, I've hosted the "Bleav in Steelers" podcast with Ike Taylor, a two-time Super Bowl champion. I've hosted more than 400 podcasts, surpassed 1 million views on YouTube and have 3,700 YouTube subscribers. I produce, research and create original content, including breaking news, informative enterprise pieces, sports, politics and event coverage. The digital and social media pages I helped manage grew by hundreds of thousands of people in the newsroom where I've worked. I know how to generate high traffic to a webpage by utilizing the best social media practices, including creating original content and monitoring other news outlets. I am an expert at creating unique content with live streams, embeds, charts, maps, photo galleries, timelines and web extras. I am a native of the Chicago suburbs and a proud graduate of the University of Missouri.
