As a 2014-2015 Kaiser Permanente Health Policy Journalism Fellow, she produced an interactive multimedia project exploring the rise of mobile health and medical apps. The project was awarded a 2015 Online Journalism Award from the Online News Association. In 2015, Lynne earned a master's degree from the University of California, Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism, where she focused on multimedia reporting and health policy topics.
