With over 10 years experience writing about health and wellbeing, I edit the Health section on The Sun’s website, and oversee health content in the newspaper and Fabulous magazine. From 2017 until her death in June last year, I edited Dame Deborah James's award-winning column Things Cancer Made Me Say.With Deborah's help we launched The Sun's No Time 2 Lose campaign, which saw the Government lower the bowel cancer screening age from 60 to 50 - a move which will save countless of lives. I've also helped launch a number of other Sun campaigns, including Had Our Fill, which saw a ban on cosmetic fillers for the under 18s, and the award-winning Fabulous Menopause Matters, raising awareness of the menopause. I edit Dr Zoe Williams' weekly Ask Zoe column and I'm part of the team who help organise The Sun's Who Cares Wins health awards, which since 2017 has recognised the incredible work and dedication of NHS and healthcare workers.
