I'm the editor of Out-Law, the business news brand of international law firm Pinsent Masons. Before that I spent 10 years as a reporter, working with my lawyer colleagues to deliver the clear, business-friendly, up-to-the-minute content that has made us one of the world's most visited legal websites. I'm excited to lead our phenomenal international team and get our work in front of even more decision-makers. What do I do for fun? I'm an arts and culture journalist and the new music columnist for The Scots Magazine, making regular appearances on TV and radio. You may have caught my work on/in the likes of Uncut Magazine, BBC Radio Scotland, BBC Two Scotland, BBC Scotland The Nine, The Arts Desk and The Herald. I'm a published essayist and a compelling public speaker, and have been building my audience via my own blog and social media presence since the late 1990s.
