She was previously the Managing Director of Private Clients at Digitalis. An experienced journalist, she has written for a number of publications, including The Telegraph and The Sunday Times, and works with the BBC and ITV. She is also the founder and editor of luxury lifestyle publication The Sloaney. Laura is a former winner of the Woman of the Future Award for 'Technology and Digital', the Spear's Magazine Future Leader in Wealth Management Award and was listed in Management Today's 35 Under 35 top businesswomen in Britain.Laura has given an address at the House of Lords about 'Big Data in the Digital Age' and was a keynote speaker at the Canadian Public Relations Society National Conference in Montreal. She was invited to speak at the Empire Club of Canada. Laura also spoke at the Workshop on Internet Trust, Reputation, Identity and Privacy at the International Conference of Social Informatics in Lausanne.
