What have I enjoyed most during my career? Communicating! I do it in so many ways. I write stories for on-air, online, and for social media. I communicate verbally with a number of people who are involved in preparing a newscast. I use video, graphics, and pictures to communicate more information about a story I have written. I cannot communicate successfully without listening. I offer strong writing skills including long form, short form, and proofreading. I will collect, digest and deliver complex information in a simple and understandable way. It is important to me to consider how information will be perceived before it is shared. I can identify the big picture and execute without sacrificing the small details. My other skills include video shooting, video editing, still photography, and graphics.
