Kara Snow

For more than 25 years, Kara Snow has been an editor/writer for newspaper, magazine, and online publications. She was most recently an editor for Capital One's Auto Navigator where she created the platform's stylebook and helped perfect automotive content. Formerly copy editor for Car and Driver and Road & Track, Snow followed that as the commerce editor for autos for TheDrive.com. Before that, she was the West Coast fleet manager and senior copy editor for Automobile Magazine and copy editor for MotorTrend and Roadkill magazines as well as co-owner/mechanic for 10 years at the only exclusively vintage Vespa and Lambretta scooter shop on the West Coast, Bar Italia Classics in Los Angeles. In 2020 she finished an American Bar Association-accredited paralegal program. This is on top of many years as reporter and editor for newspapers of record in San Diego and San Luis Obispo as well as the Big Island of Hawaii.
