She is a media commentator on pensions and has discussed policy on popular programmes including the BBC's Newsnight, Radio 4's Woman's Hour, BBC 5 Live and Sky News. She has acted as a conference chair, speaker and panelist at numerous high profile industry events. She has spoken at political party conferences about how savers are affected by pension policy.Josephine is also an Advisory Board member for the Thatcher's Pension Reforms project, a Bristol University initiative examining historical pension reforms.She represents staff on the FT pension scheme's governance committee.In 2012, she was a Torchbearer for the London Olympics.
