I grew up with a childhood fear of storms, but by high school I wanted to learn all about the atmosphere. I attended Ball State University and earned a degree in Meteorology & Climatology. I started my professional career as a Broadcast Meteorologist at WANE15 in Fort Wayne, IN & 25News in Peoria, IL. My years of sharing forecasts on-air prepared me for a transition into a role with the NWS. My passion is weather!
